The brake drum is generally made of ht200-300 (i.e. gray cast iron). The matrix structure is mainly pearlite and a small amount of ferrite and cementite. The graphite is mainly class A, in the form of long sheet, with the length class of 4-6, which plays the role of heat dissipation, increasing friction performance and reducing brake noise.
